Welcome to our 7th day in our mission to spread happiness by giving people reasons to smile inspite of their challenges in #happygravesham #happykent. We hope you can be part of it. This is all part of the activities to celebrate the United Nations International day of happiness on 20^th March 2015.

What you can do today –

Here in sunny and #happygravesham in #happykent, the sun is out and ready for you to play. So today’s challenge is to just go out and have fun. Things you could do:-

• Go out for a walk
• Meet a friend and have a good chat and something to it
• Make a “Smile Back” sign and go out with it, and have lots of smiles as people smile back at you.
• Make yourself a happy costume
• If you have children, get them to make a happy smiley face ( use paper plate or paper)

Make your own #happygravesham sign

This can be a fun activity, and if you have children why not make it a family sign and then you can take a selfie and upload in on twitter or on our facebook page and you never know, you may be the winning entry for some happy goodies!

International Women’s Day celebrates the social, political and economic achievements of women while focusing world attention on areas requiring further action. Inspiring Change is the 2014 theme for our internationalwomensday.com global hub and encourages advocacy for women’s advancement everywhere in every way. It calls for challenging the status quo for women’s equality and vigilance inspiring positive change.

Event – 2 hour activity based workshop Inspiring, empowering and equipping women to develop a positive mindset and the confidence to achieve their true potential
