Speaking Topics

As a speaker, I help increase women’s confidence to help them become fulfilled and happy.

My speaking topics include:-

“Divorced but not devastated”  encouraging women regain their confidence and turn their life around after divorce.

In 2003 when I became divorced it was at my lowest point in my life, as within that same period I was made redundant, the house was going to be reposed, I had a lot of debts and now I was a single parent with two toddlers to look after. My self esteem was at an all time low, to the point that I could not even look at myself in the mirror as I had let the negative comments of people drag me down. Today I have recovered and I have been sharing my story of Faith, Hope and Opportunities to help others who may be facing similar challenges.

Put on your Crown of Smiles – In this topic, I share my own simple every day practical tips to help you regain your smile so that you can cope with lives challenges.

There are times in our lives, when we all feel why me? Why is my life not going the way I want it to go? I have had some moments when I feel hopeless, when I felt I was in a dark hole with no way out. It can seem at times that everyone is having a party and you are not invited. “and still I smile” is a way of me learning to cope and smile in the midst of obstacles, challenges and set back. In my presentation, I explain th reasons why I can wake up and smile not because my life is perfect, but because I have learnt that so long as I am alive, I have hope and many reasons to smile.

“Escape to Happiness Island to relieve stress”

Over the years, I have been trying to find out how I can be happier without leaving my home. Happiness Island is a way of me using my imagination and creativity to create a world where I can take time of my busy schedule to relax, experience some of the things I want to achieve as well as recharge and energise myself to achieve my goals. In my presentation I explain and show you how you too can create your own happy place or happiness island so that you too can live a happier and fulfilled life.
