How to enjoy doing exercise!

Choose a time that’s best for you. I am a morning person so I am excited and happy to wake up at 6am to go to the gym, whislt in the evenings after a day’s work, I just like to relax.

 

Choose exercise that you enjoy  this will help you stay motivated

 

Get a buddy/friend – so that you can encourage and support each other

 

Get playlist of your favourite songs – you will be amazed how quick time will go by as you listen to and enjoy your songs.
